Car dealer inventory spreadsheet template
A free spreadsheet for keeping your whole lot in one place: one row per car, with the price, the spec, the photos and the cars still on the ship. It opens in Excel or Google Sheets — and it is the exact file an OX Shops car mart imports, so 40 cars go online in an evening.
Free, no account needed. Two example cars are filled in — overwrite them with yours.
Download the template (CSV)How to use it
- 01Download the file and open it in Excel or Google Sheets.
- 02Replace the two example cars with yours, one row per vehicle. Leave a cell empty if you don’t have it yet.
- 03For a car still on the ship, set status to in_transit and put its expected arrival date in eta.
- 04Save as CSV. On OX Shops, upload it under Vehicles → Import CSV: every car becomes a listing with its own page.
- 05To update prices or mark cars sold, export your lot, edit the spreadsheet and upload it again.

Template questions
Yes. It is a plain CSV file, so it works as a stock list in Excel or Google Sheets on its own. It is built to be uploaded to an OX Shops car mart, where every row becomes a listing.
